- Quiaps are made up of one Cup where the inyectors is installed, one Flame Spreader with a Burner Lid forming the gas-air mixture path that ends with flamesjust out of the spreader slots.
- The primary air intake is taken from the upper part of the appliance Top. It means the upper part is sealed from the botooh so no dirt gets down, which gives advantages in cleanliness.
- The seal prevents a flame alteration from a sudden alr current due thé door clesing or opening, like the oven door for instance
- Four Flame stoppers in every model are built in to avoid useless heating of the grid
- Models with and without ignition spark electro des are available
- A Spark electro de wlth well defined mounting position for efficient gas ignition but with enough elasticity to support eventual impacts during burner cleaning
- Easy Positioning
- The same Cup size IS used in each of the three models that ease the appliance Top manufactunng
- Easy clean Cup desing for a more confortable maintenance of the inner cavity and injector.
- A cup rim high enough to prevent spilling into the inner cavlty
- Non ambiguous spreader mountings that prevent mlsplacing
- The Spreader-Cup final position is made by a small slot in the Spreader and a tooth in the cup that avoids any effort on the spark electrode
- Burners are supplled wlth injectors installed according to customer requirements.
- The switching to another type of gas IS done in the burner by an easy change of injectors. Primary air adjustement IS not required.
- The Cup and Flame Spreaders are aluminum injected, while the Burner Lid is made of steel with an enameled finish.

- Cup flxed by two M4 screws to the applliance Top
- Gas inlet good for 1/4" or 5/6" outside pipe diameter
- M2 or M13 gas Inlet threading
- Nut-ferrule combination can be provided for the above mentioned plpe diameters
- Flame stoppers are at 45° from the Gas inlet-Spark Electrode axis.
- Models with spark electrod de can be supplied with or without high voltage wire installed.

- Power rate Auxiliary I KW, Half-Fast 1,75 KW and Fast 3 KW
- Modern short flames with some air excess without crown formation on top of the spreaders allow closer grids and Cook-Tops of modern low profile
- The flames are stable, wlthout oscillations, good stability against alr blow, fast recovery with excelent flame propagation.
- Function requirements, efflciency and Carbon Monoxide are according to the following standards NAG 312 (Argentina). EN 30 (Europe) NBR 13723-1-2 (Brasil) and NCH 927 (Chile).
- Good and stable firing in cool and hot conditions under normal and reduced inlet gas pressure
