CONSTRUCTION CHARACTERISTICS:

• Pilot body and inyector made of brass.
• Stainless steel surfaces exposed to flame.
• Several models with different options:
• Right or left hand screw brackets.
• Two or three flames top hat
• Thermocouple housing in different positions.
• ODS injector is made of a synthetic ruby stone to achive maximum reliability.
• Firing electrode ceramic support is made of  Steatite  whose minimum dielectric rigidity is 30 KVeff/mm.; impact resistance= 0,5 Nm.; specific resistivity= 10 exp10 to 10exp14   ohm•cm.
• Electrode alloy has high heat and corrossion resistance.

INSTALLATION DATA:

• Gas inlet maximum adjusting torque= 8 Nm.
• Easy Thermocouple installation, holding it with a elastic device in a unique position.
• In ODS the thermocouple is hold with a clamp.

PERFORMANCE:

• For all types of gas.
• Maximum gas inlet pressure: 50 mbar
• Injector flow to be defined by customer , within limitations specified by Argentine Standards NAG 313, 315 and 317.
